I am Megan Williams!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Diet Specialist, and Wellness coach. I have spent the last 11 years of my life helping others reach their fitness, weight-loss, and dietary goals! I have worked with people from all walks of life, athletic backgrounds (or lack thereof), nutritional needs, and the gamut of ailments.

Personally, I have had some health issues and nutritional needs of my own. For instance,  I was born with one kidney, I have a rare subset of migraines, I don’t have a gall bladder, I suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) in 2006, I’m gluten free, I’m a vegetarian, I eat low carb meals 80% of the time, I enjoy fantastic treats every so often, I eat for brain health, and I can help you with whatever you’re going through as well!
